Manny is beginning to really sound like Richt.

Kinda agree with this...I thought Enos went too far on J.Will after the UF Game, but I see nothing wrong with this.

It's early, let Diaz do things his way. None of us have the one and only exact perfect way to get the most of your team patented in any form...See what happens.

I wont pull articles and videos from other sites but there is a lot of verbiage he uses that puts the blame on the players. I just don’t hear enough emphasis on what the coaches haven’t done and and the culture the coaches allowed to develop.

He is all about blaming the players and seems unwilling to accept any culpability. The way the team practices is on him. The team taking an opponent lightly is on him. A true leader sets the tone and team follows. He acts as if the team sets the sails and he is just guiding the ship hoping it doesn’t crash.
Bro you played ball before ?

1. Why is this on the recruiting board?

2. Why did we need a new thread? There's a million about people hating on the coaching staff.

I have seen some stuff too. Not a fan of it. Just last week Manny basically blamed Jarren for one of the failed 3rd down conversions. It was the first time I have see/heard him do that. He said he made the wrong choice on an RPO option and failed to convert the 3rd down.

This all came back to my mind after reading the comments from the Clemson coordinators and Sweeney after their game last night. Each of them owned some responsibility in the loss, including one of the OC's saying he called the wrong play at one point. Just a contrast in my mind...

sometimes this kind of psychology doesn't work the way you want it to...

I am all about player accountability. They have to make plays. They have to want to defeat the opposing player in front of them. That is not happening often enough so that is partially why we are struggling. But anyone who is being honest can see that the coaches are making questionable decisions. The scheming isn’t right on both sides of the ball and it contributes to the lack luster play. The reports of a lack luster practice last week is evidence of some level of disconnect given the circumstances.

If a coach takes the blame for missed tackles and dropped passes then he has to take credit for 50 yard touchdown runs. Coaches taking blame is coaches speak and tiresome.
