Most of the folks I talk to don’t follow recruiting closely, the average fan doesn’t really care. The recruitniks are concerned.

This is very true. Although it is a little more popular then it was back in the day. If you werent a top 10 player in the country..nobody knew or cared about your HS accolades unless you were really into recruiting... Now recruiting has a niche following and some fans could probably spot a kid who is top 200 in the country. lol. Social media has made it a little more popular. But not much.

We are getting closer and closer to the top. If we got top guys like Skinner, Kelly and La. RB, in a month's worth of recruiting and the top talents we have gotten this cycle is evidence we are getting closer. Even if baga and jawja beat us out for a player or two, we still beating them for a player or two. We getting better personnel and keeping more talent home, in less than a year.
