Dana Holgorsen or Briles
my "guess"
i think Jimbo or Miles will be the fist ones to be offered with Saben. they will all work it for more cash.

If UT hires Holgersen, the fans would burn that campus to the ground.

FSU recruiting would go in an up roar if Dumbo went to Texas...lol lets see what happens

but I think they already have their coach in the bag and will announce within the week...

I think they don't care about anything other than winning now.
Brown is 158-47 in his 16 seasons at Texas, nine wins short of tying Darrell Royal for the most in school history. He won 10 or more games for nine consecutive seasons (2001-09), and he's currently No. 10 on the FBS all-time coaching wins list.
Texas played in two BCS championship games, won two Big 12 titles, went to 14 bowl games and finished in the top 15 a total of 10 times during Brown's tenure. He coached more than 50 All-Americans and more than 70 All-Big 12 players at Texas, including five conference players of the year on offense and six on defense.

Dana Holgorsen? He's being run out of Morgantown. I have a colleague who is a WVU alum, and the only reason he's still the coach is a ridiculously high buyout.

@BFeldmanCBS: Names I think could be in play for #Texas vacancy: Jimbo Fisher, Jim Harbaugh, Jim Mora, James Franklin & Mike Tomlin.

I know it's Texas, but I cannot see a guy who was a few plays from winning a SB leave the Niners to go there. Feel the same way about Tomlin, that would be a tough tough call to make. Hope it's Jimbo.

I would imagine most of these predictions are salary-based. Not that an NFL salary is anything to sneeze at in the slightest, but Texas could probably top NFL salaries.

That being said, can't see an NFL head coach leaving unless circumstances are drastic.
