Probably cause of the CFP run and not wanting to leave your team when they could win a title. I'd rather have Ward or Howard but Murphy would be an awesome plan B and high upside/low floor gamble.

Can't remember for sure.. but wasn't he a full time starter only his Sr year of high school? Then he got screwed at Texas when Ewers transferred in and lost reps.

The talent is there but he's a lottery ticket right now.
