Umps blew that. They said it was a "new game due to the suspension", which is wrong. It is a continuation of the same game.... We got lucky. Call stands, however, but ACC will have to address it on Monday. Will not affect outcome.

IDK. The umpires all met and I'd think one of them would have known if it were truly a an error of hitting out of turn. I'd like to hear the explanation.

Time for a pitching change. Maury can't pitch on the weekend anytime again this year. He's just not fully recovered either mentally, physically, or both from his arm surgery. Hasn't looked good in any weekend outing against ACC competition.

Yes, but Gstes was the DH and then went into pitch. When that happens, you lose the DH. Not sure how Jenkins got to bat.

I wouldn’t be that mad if they cancel game 3. As long as we close out this one. Not too bad splitting Louisville and playing a close game in the loss Thursday.
