we should be able to move the ball on them. i think our OL can (if they play well) open up lanes on pretty much any team in the country. we need to keep Teddy on the bench because it is a certainty that he will have a field day against our "defense"

I look at Louisvilles last Bowl game when they were a big underdog to Gators in Sugar Bowl..Beat them by 10, on big stage and neuteral field. That is pretty much the same team Canes are going to face with one exception..Bridgewater is one year older and wiser..Assume he will approach the game the same way he did the Gators---kill--kill--kill...Louisville has a better defense than we do and will probably be the deciding factor as to the games outcome..Just hoping we can keep it within ten points, without getting blown out..

Their leaders were playing for respectability and Florida's leaders just wanted to get drafted....probably will look thw same this year in our favor...win either way will not surprise.

Love how everybody's acting like they're not that good because they play in the AAC yet they beat an 11-1 Gators team in a BCS bowl a year ago.

Just stop it. They are pretty good team. And last I checked, We have gotten crushed by every decent team we've played under Golden.

They are well coached on both sides of the ball. If we can't even beat Duke I don't know how the **** you people are expecting us to beat them. Louisville is twice the team Duke is.

They should be able to torch our D. They torched an elite Gatas D last year.

Not they didn't. Do you just look at the scores? Or do you actually watch the games? Or at least look at the boxscore? Louisville had 336 yards of total offense against Florida. Hardly, torching. Bridgewater was 20-32 for 266 with 2 TD and 1 INT. They ran 70 yards on 36 carries. The reason they won, and scored 33 points was because Florida had 3 turnovers, including throwing a pick 6. UL scored another TD after Florida started the second half with an onside kick that UL recovered at the UF 34. UF then got a personal foul, so UL started the drive at the UF 19.

We'll likely get torched by UL, but at least get your facts straight.

They are well-coached... They are not ultra-athletic like our squad but they are fundamentally sound... Bridgewater's main target; Parker, may run a 4.6 but he gets open by being a good route runner... They do not have a flashy offense but they are consistent and efficient. We have the better athletes but I think they may have the better coaches... I think we should win... I think we will but I don't think it'll be a cake walk... What works in our favor is that Bridgewater is a pocket passer... Although he can run, he prefers to sit in the pocket... A couple design blitzes may distract him...

LOL @ "may have the better coaches" As if there's any doubt they do.

They weren't even able to torch Houston, whose defense statistically is even worse than ours, so the expectations that this game is going to be a total blowout are wildly exaggerated.

I guess some of you girls seem to forget that UF didn't care to play the game vs UL. Losing to UGA deflated them and they never recovered.

Canes will beat UL by 10 pts...bank it...
