Remember somebody here said a long time ago UL wasn’t paying people. No contracts , no money , nada. I spoke on A&M the year they had the great class. Reading those contracts was like reading a cell phone bill circa 2003. Then kids dipped out after a year. Sure except the school doesn't pay the NIL. Unless Louisville withheld tuition payments, forced him to cover his own meals, hotel and travel for the bowl game, and didn't pay the monthly stipend as stipulated by the scholarship the school is contractual made to pay, then it's slightly different..No different than FSU basketball players suing Coach Ham over NIL.
