Loss Impact will Affect Recruiting!

1 game never has that big of an effect on recruiting...4 games does though.

Only way to salvage recruiting this year is to rattle off 11 in a row until we get massacred by Clemson again.

I think we can run off 11 with this schedule. Not one team we face has lines even close to LSU. We have better quality kids at the skill positions, I think we do run off 11. The only question mark is, will we beat VT as we should.

The "Come play in the SEC where the best play against the best" argument will be tough to overcome I agree now. But kids live in a 24hr news cycle. We beat FSU @ the Hard Rock with a packed house and everyone will forget about this game. We beat VTech and we are definitely back in business. Nobody is expecting us to beat Clemson but we have to show recruits improvement. Getting killed 42-3 would set us back again. Getting killed in the bowl game would definitely set us back. Win the bowl game and lets get to work.

At this point my whole mindframe has changed as it pertains to who we need to close with anyway. Get me Neal, a plug and play JUCO DT (losing Willis will be a killer) and a ready to play now JUCO OL or transfer (We need immediate help) and everyone else is gravy. We have a cupboard full of playmakers on the team now that cant help us if our OL and QB suck anyway. And would love to have Stephenson and Battle but we cant even get GHall in the game over freakin' Knowles.

SMH at this thread, the whole why they want to get passes from rosier part i found funny since he will be gone and just shows you dont know about this team, and about loses effecting recruiting is a little off we had crappy seasons before and still got talent, and for whoever said we losing OL recruits is stupid because anyone with a brain can see we need talent at that position and they will het early playing time, we got hayden ****** mahoney starting and jahair jones there, whoever commits will play early

They should also see that they are the pieces of the puzzle that makes the team more complete.

Miami hasn’t been a destination program for years.

2018 won’t do anything to change that.

Until consistently proven otherwise, team much closer to bottom of ACC than top.

if im the coaching staff im putting Jon Richt's lone job AGAIN...is to find us a juco or transfer tackle that can play RIGHT AWAY for this class

Ya but the kids are looking at Rosier saying if Rosier is THAT BAD and Jarren or Kosi are even worse and they have no QB in the 19 class. How awful will the passing be next year.

Alright lets not go overboard here. We are not close to the bottom of the ACC. Clemson, Va Tech, BC, and FSU are really the only teams that are better then us right now. With a decent QB only Clemson is better.

Thats the only team we should lose to in the ACCCG and it might get ugly again

2018 performance: Halftime 3-27 Mia-LSU; Final 17-33 Mia-LSU

This squad has much to prove in actual game(s) vs Greentree playoffs.

Man if this dude doesn't know that our primary uncommitted recruits like Neal, Stevenson, Bogel, Ingraham, Kentucky DE, McIntosh etc and some committed kids decisions aren't impacted because of this loss are naive. Opposition recruiters will use this game and maybe others to influence the kids decisions.

Exactly the guy is delusional. They are going to be able to spin this easily in their favor.

Its common sense. They figured the coach is going to start the best players. If next years starting QB is worse then Rosier then who the **** would want to be a WR for a team like that?

How do you that it has to do with experience more than talent with richt? And if he does change a QB shows that if you mess up continuously then you get the boot, the assumptions can go both ways

Not really. When you have a QB that is this bad. Can't hit open recievers. Blames the receivers for being to fast. etc. You realize anyone who isn't a complete corch would pull him. I gauruntee every recruit is thinking like I am thinking not like a Cane Homer like yourself. Also, that is a good thing if he shows he boots people for always messing up.

Richt has pulled him in the past, and who says im a homer? Ive been critical of richt of numorous occasions, your just using that homer excuse for being wrong my man

You are clearly a homer if you don't think players will think "hmmm, I do not want to catch passes from someone worse then Rosier". Yes that proves my point even more. He at least had a little faith in Sherriffs to pull Rosier, but he has absolutly 0 faith in the other 3 since he didn't give them any game time during the blowout. You are wrong here.
