Stewart said he already had a idea where he wants to go and it aint miami. He just moved miami on his list after the visit.

That top 3 with smith i guaranteed you miami is 3rd. That is likely a lsu and bama battle.

Folks, I hate to say but we are getting killed by UF and FSU in the 2017 DB recruiting battle. I am not sure what the reasons will be but it is pretty obvious that we are now targeting plan B guys. So Far we lost our to top safety prospects to the noles (Daniel Wright and Cyrus ***an), Carter seems to be a heavy lean to Notre Dame, this is the reason we are now heavily recruiting Brian Edwards and if the gators start recruiting him hard we might lose him. As far as CB is concerned, Shawn Davis is all gators, Brini wants to have a reason to go out state, Marco Wilson is a ?, this is the reason they offered Bandy late in the process. South Florida is loaded this year with DBs but we are probably not going to get our top targets. Hopefully we win 10+ games and change the perception little by little. I’m still not sure how good of a recruiter Mike Rumph but only time will tell. The way I see it, we will finish with Gibson, Maybe Brian Edwards, CJ Henderson, Hopefully Bandy, and Maybe Marco Wilson. I does not look too promising but hopefully winning cures everything

It is frustrating don't get me wrong. I guess I just think that Richt has enough credit built up that he will get it done. I think all of us are worried that we are going to have Randy Phillips playing corner for us. We can't have that. I guess I just think that if we have the right coaches that made the right evals that can coach kids up, they may not get their top XX guys, but they can compensate for the misses.

But Im not exonerating them from missing. I don't think that 10 wins means we get players ABC back. Winning 6 might keep some away. At this moment what has happened to persuade kids to come here? We have a new staff, and from afar they look like they are working their asses off. The camps seem fresher even if they aren't exactly new.

I also think we've seen enough Ricardo Allens go elsewhere to recognize there is plenty of talent to build us up. For example, missing on Patrick Johnson/Peterson sucked, but if a Ricardo Allen type had been the fill in we would have been okay, even though PP is still a better player.

Lastly, I think Richt by now should have enough contacts out there that even if he has to dip into south georgia to pull a kid he would've brought to athens, you take your chances with that.
