Lorenzo Lingard talks OV, ready to enroll early

I got such a hard on for this guy watching video of him running the hurdles last year. Dude looked massive out there on the track and was just spanking everybody.

Funny you mention that. He excels in burst and geting to second level. When he has space he looks like a track athlete. Right now he has great vision, balance, top level speed and burst. He needs some coaching it appears on pad level and body lean as he runs behind the ball like a track star.

Being picky I think he needs to add some (good) weight. He looks pretty thin in the hips and legs. He'll never look like Frank Gore (5'9 220 IMO ideal build for a RB). But some more muscle would help.

I'm not going to lie, I still haven't seen any clips of Lo?Who does he compare to? Running style?

Tweed, you got any thoughts on Lo transitioning into getting the handoff out of the shotgun in the ROO’s? Looks like he took all his handoffs in those highlights from a QB under center while being a few yards in the backfield. Also I honestly don’t know who to compare his style to cause I have never seen a RB ride out like Lo does in the open field.
Gurley ran in the exact same offense that lingard played in and it wasn’t an issue at uga

I think it’s great that he is so talented as a player and those errors can be corrected. He won’t have the bubble frank has, but everything else is correctable. Can’t teach natural speed, vision and athleticism. His flaws look to be some football technique through coaching rather than uncoachable problems.

"Cane Gang"-- I love it!!

LL is the type of player every coach wants on his team.. Look at this kid, this kid is definitely coming in ready and willing to compete for a spot day 1!! I'm not one to make comparison, BUT this kid is ready for D1 football..

Wow.

A 5 star talent that chooses us and , as importantly, has no drama, no second thoughts, no rumors of wavering.

How can this kid not be everyones favorite incoming recruit? !

Ambassador is a great and appropriate nickname.
