Look what I found (who among CIS members was with me there?)

I was there with my two young sons. What a great game and amazing atmosphere! Just can't wait for the next one!

Freshman year at the u. Stayed with a buddy in Orange County and got busted trying to sneak booze back from Tijuana. Should dig up some picks of the celebration in the end zone by the broadcasting stage. Great night.

My freshman year at UM. I was there with my cousin sitting on the first level, right near where John Saunders and the TV crew was setup. I'll never forget the Oregon coach praying for a Nebraska win so they could get a title split and also Saunders telling me we were gonna get killed. LOL That Vilma hit too!!

I was there. Best college football team to ever set foot on a field. 34-0 at half time in a National Championship game! Let that sink in for a minute...

What a great run indeed. Was there for Gator Bowl - Sugar Bowl - Rose Bowl - Fiesta Bowl. (1999-2003)

I was there with my wife and my daughter who was still 6 months from joining us in the real world. My wife had terrible morning sickness and was puking every where as the game was almost over . Told her we could go she said **** no we need to see the end and the trophy. Good Woman.

Was there with my old college roommate, got drunk and bought Ted Hendricks a beer. I had to pee in the garbage can because there was like only two urinals for the entire endzone. Fowler and Herbstreit were out drinking with all us Canes fans after the game. My Marine brother, who was from Nebraska, had to pick me up from the airport.

Semper Canes!!!

Buying the Mad Stork a drink is almost like getting to Heaven. He was Cane before anyone knew what it was to be Cane. Congratulations.

Was there for all 4 still have that ticket signed by Coker in Rose Bowl Lanyard. Nebraska fans were the best we hung with them in Santa Monica and ate with themin the parking lot after the game as they invited us to do so. Classy fans all the way. We stayed at Days Inn in Santa Monica where Canes had 65 of 68 rooms. Some Canes players parents stayed there also. It was truly a trip of a lifetime.

My son and I were there and have a canvass picture of that ticket on the wall. We are thinking of framing our real tickets. We were at the pre-game tailgate too and met Morris, The Mad Stork, and Heisman winner Toretta.
Look up Art.com and you will find the outfit that we got it from, paid about 90.00 to 100 for it.

Talked with Lee Corso at Hooters, couple of ESPN guys (Herbstriet & ATL Journal Constitution sports guy can't think of his name) in the airport and razed Nebraska commentator Trev Albert on TV after the game. My daughter shouted out "Nebraska Sucks," he turns around and say's you can't say that we are on TV. To which she replied,,"I just did!" Met Trev Albert in the car rental line when arriving and remember he said Nebraska would roll in the fourth quarter because the Canes would get tired like the OB game the U Lost to Nebraska in 1995! LOL We told him they had NO Shot!

One of the best experiences of my life and spent it with my son and daughter!

Met some classy Nebraska fans but almost got into it with several in a bar we happened on the night before the game, they said it was a Nebraska bar to which my son replied it won't be after tomorrow night!

I remember that Vilma hit, reminded me of Barrow and Vanover!

The time is near. 2-3 years?
Hope all of you experience the feeling!

PS: I never dig threads from the past. But this is an exception because it is exceptional time we are in now.
