Look to the Transfer Portal: Discussion thread

Dang, I feel sorry for high school recruits with all this portal transfer going on. I imagine the NCAA putting a cap on this somewhat going forward. Any thoughts? Or am I in the wrong thread lol

I agree. And a ton of kids will lose their scholarships and not find another home in the portal. Vicious for the guys without a chair when the music stops.

Getting a stud freshman to transfer in is like the holy grail nowadays. They cant transfer again (without sitting.1 year) till they graduate so you legit lock them in for at least 2 if not 3 years (barring some waiver transfer BS). And if there's college tape so you know they can ball, then its safer than taking any HS croot. Bizarre times but thats what it is.

If Auburn doesn't get Riley Leonard, McCall would fit perfect in the Ice Man's Offense.
Initial thoughts when both hit the portal was Auburn. I figured McCall was confirmation on the Leonard-ND noise and Freeze called him up. I know where was smoke last year, prior to whatever circumstances kept him at CCU.
