The best recruiters are not the coaches who got slick game. Its the coaches who can identify the 12-15 year olds mad early and develop a connection and doggedly recruit them. It's nothing. I was able to run screaming through my neighborhood with my friends as we hoisted a trophy and decapitated Nebraska, as well as multiple others as a kid.
