Miami is paying the suck tax on different levels. One of them being lack of support from non alumni nil.

If we make the playoffs and start getting Heisman candidates and first round picks, you will see a huge influx of local bandwagon nil.

The difference between Miami and most of cfb is that the local nil is a little different because the market is more international and wealthier.

The amount of high end car dealerships in the tri county area is just stupid.

For the past 33 years the nation’s largest Porsche dealership in America is Champion Porsche of pompano. Not Beverly Hills or Orange County. Not Austin or Dallas. Freaking pompano Florida.
A quarter mile from my house off of I75 and griffin there we have a Porsche, Lamborghini, bughatti and Maserati dealership.
There is a ton of nil opportunity here that we are only scratching the surface on.
But they’re not gonna get behind a 7 win team full of day 3 picks.
These are already well established companies with more than enough customers.
You better be well known and recognized beyond being a 5 star recruit if you want nil from some of the places.

Trust me. If The canes get rolling nil opportunities will be even less of a concern than they are now.

Most p4 schools have a few wealthy people that routinely donate and are wealthy enough to keep a program going and even make it successful.
Miami offers unique nil opportunist that most schools just don’t have. The issue is that college football isn’t on their agenda unless the player or the team provides a marketing opportunity.

its probably more embarassing being a longhorn fan than a cane fan....they own a whole state...supposedly the best high school football in country (i dont believe that)...all the money....and they have floundered around in mediocrity most of my life..**** they dont even put alot of kids in the nfl we had that going for us when we were down guys still were going lol

there are lambos at **** near every stop light...

the **** lamborghini urus suvs are like ***king ford explorers down here there are so many of em.

The rinky dink car lot at the end of pembroke road and 441 are selling tesla cyber trucks ...

Boats are big deal down here ..cars aint sh*t lol

The old man in me wishes they would scrap the stupid Lambo lineup and rather have a lineup of investment bankers so that these stupid recruits would have something to show for the NIL benefits they got while in school. Then I remembered that 18 year old Big Dik would’ve wanted the Lambo. But 18 year old Big Dik also would’ve thought it was super cheesy to see the dealerships name all over it. For anyone who ever has been recruited, the smell of horse$hit is really strong in some cases and this is definitely one example.

Every high school kid in the country would love to drive a Lamborghini to prom. It’s a $250K car. What’s corny is that those aren’t cars that their players are driving. It’s a bunch of middle aged dudes that spent their afternoon revving the engines as kids walked in for their visits. That’s corny.

1. That was for tracking purposes!
2. But also because the Silverback Gorilla has the smallest ***** and testes per body mass of all primates.
3. @Angry Ibis is a Canes fan and a good dude (unlike the guy I kept typing Silverback for).
