One of the downsides to the new playoff format is the very underwhelming bowl slate. Worst I’ve ever seen, and very few compelling matchups. There’s usually at least a couple.

Injuries, opt outs and transfers have completely changed the bowl landscape. With that said, I got OU vs Navy Under 46.5 (not a great start to the game), Vandy money line (+120) vs GT, & Syracuse -16.5 vs Washington St.

They consistently fail miserably in creating exciting bowl matchups. While I understand the constraints of conference tie-ins, there’s still plenty of room to craft more engaging and competitive pairings that would make the games far more exciting to watch.

Not long…Tbh I’ve been pondering that all game. Dude could actually be a starter for a team next year with better surrounding cast. He can play just young

Word was OU had some stud receivers coming in. They were all staying at the hotel Mateer was drawing up plays which was the reason Mateer arrived at OU later than expected
