Lloyd Summerrall

Got a buddy that coaches at Sebring high which is in the same district as auburndale high, summerall’s school. Asked him about the kid and he actually said their whole game plan was to run at summerall with power plays and counter trey (score was 41-0 at half). Said he was easy to kick out and base block because he’s really weak. Also told me to go look at his highlight film and you’ll see not a single play vs Sebring which was true. He did chime in and say that the kid is more of a basketball player right now and could blossom into a stud on the field once the weight starts to catch up with everything else.

good intel. Thats canesinsight for ya, Yea if you have a legitimate tackle i can see running direct at him as he is light in the ***...hes not a kid i expect much from for 2 years if he comes here..gives him time to fill out...dont think he has Garvin ability.

If this is true then they must have ****ty coaches to get down 41-0 at half and not make some type of change I mean ****!!!! Have Lloyd hit the tackle low and cause a pile up. Hit the tackle right at his knee so he will think about doing that **** or something.

Like I said, he’s all potential and needs a lot of coaching lol...

We are going to have to be in the market for a juco DE and a grad transfer, imo. If JJ goes pro, we will have a year of garvin, a year of patchan, and rousseau, and nada else on the roster.

Everybody is recruited on projection and potential of what you can make them. All these coaches that have viewed Summerall feel he can meet the potential they see. Recruiting or the draft for that matter isn't a science., it's a skill.

They should be targeting a JUCO guy in this class really. Would allow the light in the *** guys like Summerall and Bogle if they sign to redshirt and develop. I think we should dip into that market

I fuxs with you prop but you said the same thing bout Rousseau. Im taking all that Sebring coach talk with a grain of salt because you never know how fast these kids fill out with proper nutrition and weight training. Which our staff is doing a great job with.

100%. Can't see that there is a good alternative. Or even a so-so alternative.

Haha nice to hear, I graduated from Sebring High in 08. My family and I know coach Scott quite well. (coach Scott played at UM in 2001).

Or maybe bring in guys like JJ Weaver and Ingraham who can start out as DE but move to DT in a year or two.

But I wouldn't complain about a good JUCO DE.

Whats the difference with Rousseau??. What have any one seen on him other than a picture..really?.

These guys are even smaller than Rousseau though at the same time. I wouldnt take it with a grain of salt..since they actually played against him. Its a fact.

I want to see Rousseau in action this spring...looks like he put on some weight fast which is good...summer will be key for him though. Still have to think these thin guys are one dimensional and a weakness in the run game early on. Garvin was used primarily on pass downs...and we had freaks like Chad at De at over 260 pds...and a very strong Toolbox and D Jack setting the edge.

Naw..Guys like Ingraham will be tipping 270+ after 2 weeks on campus. Get a legitimate End please.Ingraham ikely plays DT at Sta this year anyway

How about JJ Weaver? I think he could come in as a DE. You're likely right about Ingraham. If he's 260 now, you gotta think he arrives on campus 275-280.
 
Cam williams is a kid who could be 240ish as a freshman. We need at least 7 DL this cycle IMO.
 
I coached Lloyd at Auburndale high last year he is light in the *** but has a tremendous amount of potential quick fast and can bend the corner he came a long way last year and still has so much room to improve he had a hard time against bigger tackles in the run game because he played basketball as well and they would always try to keep his weight off but now he is focusing it all on football so next year should be better last year was my first year at Auburndale and Lloyd was very coach able good kid works hard would be a very good get for us these high school kids bearly eat the school lunch then go straight to practice afterwards so they are burning more calories than they are putting in once he gets to college and has the advantage of nutritionist and strength coaches he will probably put on an easy 30 lbs. all of his family members are not quite as tall as him but are SWOLL and yes they like the ✋🏼🤚🏼 But he is a f$u fan😔

I would never have a kid go after another kids knees that’s ridiculous you should be a GT fan if you’re into that type of stuff 👎🏼
