Dillard’s head coach mentioned that he is preaching what he has heard Manny Diaz preach. It is clear that Coach Diaz’s message resonates with the local coaches.

Coach Morgan is a Dillard alum just like Coach Hickson, actually they may have even went to school together.

He also coached at Virginia Union for 4 years, so he understands from the perspective of a college coach.

Dillard has some talented players just about every year, its just they get poached by the Broward vultures every year & end transferring to other schools.

CB commit Justin Hodges says he's up to 175 after playing last season at 155. He may take some visits in the fall but he doesn't see himself anywhere but Miami. He took part in Miami's event last weekend and is starting build bonds with the other commits. He'll be at the UF game in Orlando with his family and says UM is going to whip the Gators

Recent 2020 St. Thomas CB offeree Jahvante Royal maintains his commitment to Pitt but is open to hearing what Miami has to offer. Has been in contact with coach Rumph. No current visits planned, but does want to get on campus and begin getting familiar with the Miami coaching staff since the relationship is so new.

He said when he ran that 4.8 that was his first time running the 40 yard dash and he’s gotten faster. That makes since and obviously could happen, 40 yard dash is a lot about technique
