Brooks played both ways. In fact, I'm pretty sure he played every single snap from scrimmage.

I watched the overtime play live through Footballville twitter. TS didn't ever turn around to find the ball. You can see it in this clip, too. Interesting, on that "broadcast" he was described as the "#1 DB in the country who is most likely going to be a Georgia Bulldog". First time I heard that said publicly like that.
