AR is cool. But losing the “reporting” aspect that Pete at least brought. When he actually talks about football this will serve as a massive improvement. Idk if we need AR on daily though. I’d maybe like to see AR on 3-4 days, and other guys rotating in to talk recruiting info once a week or something, which I don’t think AR will have…

In my opinion, this was a step back. Love AR and he is Cane through and through but this was an opportunity to find someone that brings a unique ability to the show.
No reason to rush that decision now during the offseason. I would’ve liked a CMC approach and perhaps bring in someone new

This is actually false. Ahmmon reached out on Friday after Pete’s tweet and it happened fast. He was already my first choice so it was easy from there.

Yeah, I know you said that on the show, but it just doesn't really pass the smell test. FWIW, I don't like Pete live. Just not a fan of his personality. And I love Ahmmon, and think he will be a great addition to the show. I do like Pete's reporting and would like to see him continue to offer up informational articles and posts. More importantly, is Ahmmons' dog Sookie named for the Steppenwolf song or the True Blood character?
