Listeneing to Jimbo on Gameday

It is refreshing to hear him talk about the big picture, he didn't vote FSU #1, he doesn't like style points as he has been on other side of field and remembers what it is like to lose. I didn't think he was the right coach for the job but have changed my mind as he seems to get it. I can see a long great rivalry between him and Al making the rivalry very relevant again.

Him not calling off the dogs in the few games I watched dictates that he does care about style points. Bowden said before that he will run up the score. I totally respect that. Once we are elite, I pray that Golden will straight have the team **** on people.
Yep he definitely cares about style points. Was there any need to put 60+ on Maryland? They were throwing bombs in the 4th Q.

Golden has it right. Once the game is won it's a useful teaching tool for the bench players. That's how you develop quality depth with no drop off when the Juniors/Seniors leave for the NFL - the replacements are already battle hardened.

Maryland would disagree....**** him and don't bring this soft shouldered **** here on game day. I'm about to run through a WALL!

Jimbo has it right. One foot will always be off the Golden bandwagon if he doesn't change his philosophy. I wonder if it has to do with his Midwestern upbringing.
