Lets put this class in perspective

This is a great class already. We won a majority of the battles for the best players in our recruiting base. That does a lot to change the narrative in the heads of future recruits.

Finishing with PS2 and TC would give us 3 5star players in 1 class. That is huge as far as building brand confidence off the field. And on the field, it will accelerate the growth of this team to championship caliber.

Imo Nesta is the only one that's a must get to combine with Miller. The rest of the AH4 would significantly add to the overall talent but it's an A+ class regardless.

Its a great class but if it was the best it be ranked number 1, I think if we pull ah4 we can move to the number 2 or 3 spot and thats all I want consistent top 3 finished in recruiting.

to me it doesn't matter where some folks rank them. We will almost all of the studs from the state of miami, sprinkled in with a few from other parts of the country. Add them to what we did the past two years with this staff...we winning BIG folks!!!

Let me just say no matter what happens with the heritage kids this class is a huge success. I think we will land 3 or 4 out of 4 but this is not life or death.

With golden at the helm right now we would be in a horrible situation.

Yall forget because they have been locks all year with richt but i dont think so with golden.

Lingard was a fsu osu clemson and baga battle before richt swooped in.

Pope was a heavy miami vs baga battle.

Wiggins was a miami vs baga battle.

Hall was a miami vs baga battle.

Jordan was thought to be a crazy pull.

Mallory was a michigan lock.

DJ Scaife/DJ Ivey were nobodies

Brian Hightower was not well known

Because richt locked these guys up we are now only fighting for 4 people and yall thinks those 4 make or break the class.

With golden I think we would land pope wiggins hall and both DJ's. We would wiff on the rest and mallory, lingard, jordan, campbell, surtain, and hightower wouldn't be options.

Lets all take a breather and realize what richt has done...

If he lands all 4 heritage boys this class will become legendary!

EDIT: Cleveland reed, jarren williams, patrick joyner, and jamarcus chatman wouldnt be options as well

It not the class as a whole. The people are are concerned (at I am) is the defensive side of the ball that we're not recruiting well or at least as good as our offensive coaches. Notice how most of the players you mentioned are offensive players.

and how we look on the field the past two years without talent EVERYWHERE which this class will bring. the sky's the limit for our program and staff.

Its a big step up from randy n golden.....we could do a bit better and we have to if we want that number 6 title.

Scaife and Nesta are the best at their position and both going to UM. Also we are about to close with a couple more elite dlineman.... our talent in the trenches is 2nd to no one.

UGa got a bunch of 5 star olineman and a couple Dlineman that are going to be competing for the same spot it looks good on paper but reality ain't that impressive.

Combined with the elite skill position talent we have across the board no other 2018 class compares.

Unless they really earned that rating which they probably did.

If we were in the hat game with b jordan, lingard, hightower etc. and we landed them and whiffed on the AH4 we would call it a success. Chill with the end of the world nonsense our class is great.
