Lu, what do you anticipate being the OL?
Lu, what do you anticipate being the OL?
LT Flowers/Sonny O./Kerr/Mcdermottbrother
LG Feliciano/Kirkland
C Mcdermott/Gall
RG Isadora/Gall
RT Bunche/Gadbois/Darling
Biggest hole is, quite clearly, that swing tackle spot. Someone needs to develop and quickly. Bunche can backup LT. And Feliciano can kick out to RT in a pinch. Kirkland and Gall need to develop quickly. They'll both highly contribute in their 2nd years in College (earlier than I like).
No question that there is POTENTIAL for a great team to come together IF we get the 2013 class. That is obviously the key. Juco's could come in and fill DT spots but we need this class to come together. If it does we should be pretty sick on offense, special in the secondary, solid on LB, and potentially good to solid on dline. good posts btw

I'm sayin doe...
The Bowling Ball himself gon have a lot to say about this defense before his time is done. A great future for him, I see.
Man we are so desperate at DT. Sure we have the bodies but we really need to pray that the young guys develop. I feel fine with Pierre but that other DT spot is a crap shoot as it stands right now.
Man ain't nobody beating out a jr Eddie Johnson.
This was the only part I had a problem with... Eddie Johnson as a JR is a ready NFL caliber LB... but he did say if he is not here as well, I fully expect him to be here... AG knows he needs a bad *** like EJ... I think Blue will be a beast as well and it will be Kirby's spot to lose.
this is how I see it in a 4-3 def:
WLB Denzel Perryman (Senior)/Jermaine Grace (RS Frosh or Sophomore)
MLB Raphael Kirby (Junior)/Jawand Blue (RS Sophomore)
SSLB Eddie Johnson (RS Junior)/Matthew Thomas (Sophomore)
CB Tracy Howard (Junior)/Antonio Crawford (Junior)
FS Deon Bush (Junior)/Burns (Sophomore - still think he plays corner, though)
SS Rayshawn Jenkins (Junior)/Jamal Carter (RS Freshman or Sophomore)
CB Ladarius Gunter (Senior)/Larry Hope (RS Sophomore)/
SLOT CB Nate Dortch (RS Sophomore)
The DLine will change too much... we wont know
