You're right, but I'd take him considering he's a much better player than every guard we had coming off the bench this past season. Again, I'm not sure why this staff takes chances on out of state kids and not on our local ones. Baffling

I think he stays, he's really competing with Poplar who's probably going to play more 4 IMO and Watson a true freshman. If he can't get minutes from them I'm afraid he's cooked.

When I was watching the NCAAT I don't really recall seeing many players of any note from Florida High Schools.. (I'm excepting the IMG and Montverde athletic factory types.)

There was Nate Laszewski, big man for ND from Jupiter, Hunter Cattoor from Orlando playing for Va Tech, the Polley kid from Miramar playing for UConn but ... who am I forgetting? If this was about it, not a real impressive showing this time around.

He's not a #1 scoring option by any means but I REALLY like him next to a go-to lead guard

Miller is a great #2 scoring option. I would like to see him improve his 3 point shot. I don't want that being his primary offense, but he would be even more dangerous if he shot a little better from deep. He has a smooth stroke and shoots mid-range jumpers very well, so I don't see why he can't improve from there (he shot 29% from 3 this season and was about a 33% 3 point shooter at George Mason).

Agreed but he can still be an All ACC caliber player (3rd team probably) being a number 2 on a good team in the conference. He impacts winning in so many ways

Yes 100%. He's really the perfect big 3/small 4 in today's game. Crafty around the rim, rebounds above his weight class and can guard multiple positions. Agree that around 35% from 3 should probably be his stretch goal.

Yea I'm not too sure who will play the 3. But I just have a feeling that Miller will play the 4 and Omier the 5.
