I hope he does.

As of right now. We don't know about LT, JHH, where Bain projects, where Achaempong projects, how Moten and Horton develop, what we will get from the portal, what we can still get from the high school recruits... Lots of balls in the air.
if this portal gets any crazier, my balls most certainly will be in the open air

Not even half the player GW3 was who never got drafted. Maybe Taylor has higher ceiling or some **** but was very average here
He wasn't average. He definitely flashed and you can see why he's a first round potential. But yeah, would say his career was underwhelming on the whole

Unfair comparison. Two different players, surrounded, by two different teams, asked to do many different things with different techniques as they had different Dline coaches and DCs.

Leonard Taylor is without a doubt far more stout at the point of attack than Gerald Willis was or ever will be. He's handled double teams quite well and isn't as easily washed as Willis was.

Willis could NEVER do what Guidry asked Taylor to do this year. The game ain't all stats.

LT is a big guy whose athletic enough to chase down a toss sweep at 305 pounds but also a stout and strong bodied enough to not get absolutely demolished on a double team.

For that alone he will be drafted top 3 rounds. Those type of builds are special and thre NFL will give it a shot on the potential alone.

Thought he had a better sophomore year honestly…But he was asked to take on more double teams this season. I have no complaints with his play, but I don't think he's done near enough to be a 1st round pick. Could benefit from another year to solidify a true 1st round grade…But sounds like a done deal that ain't happening.

He is more like a 3rd-4th rounder based on film.
Not the film from the Clemson game. He got his a$s kicked up and down the field all game. He looked like a UDFA from that film. Watch the drive when Clemson fumbled at the goal line.
That's not to say some dumb NFL team doesn't draft him in the first round - Tim Tebow and Zach Wilson were both chosen early.

Let's get back to having guys have the opportunity to leave early and get drafted high. That's what we should be about.
