Leonard Taylor committing 8/6

You should give him a gold star because he did the one thing other Miami coaches refused to do. Richt and Golden both doubled down when their plans didn't work. It became blindingly obvious that the 3-4 was a terrible fit, but Golden wouldn't change. It was apparent to everyone that Richt needed to give up playcalling duties and fire his son. He retired instead. Diaz EASILY could have shifted the blame to execution and said Enos needed more time and better players, which is exactly what past coaches would have done. A lot of coaches might have felt sympathy for Enos too, since Diaz was responsible for taking him out of the OC gig at Bama and he could have felt obligated to give him an extra year. Instead he was stone cold and fired Enos. Oh, BTW, you might think it's no big thing to move away from the "pro style" scheme that Miami has run forever. It's actually a very big deal as he could have easily replaced Enos with another pro-style OC.

nah, all those dudes didn't make changes because of nepotism, just like Manny on the defensive side of the ball where he actually hasn't done ****. He picked low-hanging fruit with the offensive staff, analysts, and they were forced to hire a chief of staff to lend some credibility to the program. Don't give him any stars just yet; the defensive play will be an indicator of his leadership.

Wait what- did you really say Diaz didnt do **** on defense? Lol ok bro. I see you are really objective about the team. And nepotism? I didn't know Al Golden and DNofrio are related.

How can you make big changes of a defensive unit that finished Top 20 and was put in bad situations all season by the offense? No one on that Defensive unit deserved to be fired from a Coaching standpoint. If you want to move on from Rumph from a recruiting standpoint then I understand. Idk why our fan base wants to fire people so easily. Baker did a solid job for his first year as a play caller in the power 5 considering what he had to work with and how much the offense put him in a bad spot and he even got looks from LSU as a possible DC hire. I don't get why so many Fans expect for us to have an elite defense and if not then you should be fired. You only fire coaches who are failing at there job.
