I hate alabaga with as much venom as they hate my non football playing people. I think Saban just points out what he consistently accomplishes then points to our rare ability to beat D1 teams and simply scares the **** out of kids. Then summarizes with "I can mold you into a millionaire 1st round draft choice, if you can find a better chance at that than alabaga, shrugs and shakes his head no".

Tough loss no matter how you spin it. He was a big time local DT. ****. I agree with the poster that said this has been a $hitty two weeks.

This could be the biggest game in Richts tenure thus far on Friday night. We lose to BC and the wheels will come off of this whole thing. Esp if UF beats UGA and FSU looks respectable against Clemson.

Banners at the Duke game, divided locker room, Rosier/Perry/Williams controversy, OC controversy, rumors about players transferring, recruits all of a sudden "looking around"..my god it will be a mess. Smh.
 
Its definitly a coaching/recruiting issue. How many hometown kids leave LSU or USC or Texas even when they are bad? Even though we are losing guys to Bama, can someone explain why it continues to be 11th hour stuff? Ridley, Surtain,Jobe, Ingraham, Harris, and that is just at the top of my head. This staff needs to do better on all fronts in the best recruiting ground in the country. Its like living in Mexico and not being able to find enough workers who speak Spanish.

LOL @ FSU looking respectable against Clemson. Clemson is gonna beat the brakes off those fools.

Amazes me that people still don't understand how bad FSU is.
 
Like I said in another thread, if they aren't already commited at this point and they're a highly touted prospect don't expect them to come when UGa and Bama get in the fold.

Seems like he silently committed to hold his spot. Went to visit Bama to see if his offer was committable. It was so that was that.

Great point. Kids feel comfortable doing that around here. Watch the reception Tyson Campbell gets @ LSU and he didn't even go to school around there.

If we have to take and redshirt a Jordan Miller every couple of years, so be it. So long as he's a decent redshirt freshman and turns into a Pat Bethel level player, thats okay but only if you pair him with a bonafide stud like Nesta, Ingraham or Sorrells. Imagine if Ford just took a redshirt and was getting reps as a Freshman with Nesta, thats a good tandem. Then the following year its Miller and Ingraham, now we are starting to build quality depth. What we cant do, is a bunch of projects year in and out man. This is so frustrating.
 
Everyone hating on Simpson for this is an idiot. The guy is doing a great job this year with the D line and seems to be working hard on the trail. I'll be concerned if this type of thing happens every year but to write him off now is just stupid.
