he also said he supports mark richt and al golden moments before the BOT decided to force changes or fire them. he doesnt have any say at all. hes a puppet to show face for the BOT. ****, look at his statements from post pinstripe and post independence bowl, theyre nearly identical.

I disagree as to only money being the only way to talk/make an impact. Our school is in the 1% of fearing a bad image. They would hate the optics of bad press. They would hate to be shamed.

At this point, the BOT deserves as much blame as James/Strawley. They aren't stepping in and doing anything to correct this. Not to mention our Pres Frenk is terrible and does not hold the AD or anyone accountable either. Is there anyone competent that works at UM anymore?!

been saying this. the root of the issue isnt Blake James or Strawley or whoever else you want to google. its the BOT. they keep blake as AD bc they like him and have no interest in firing him regardless of job performance. it starts with them and until they change, it wont matter. we will still cut corners and continue to do so until theres a shift overall there.

If Blake James is making this hire, it’ll be a puppet position. You don’t get to hire your superior or your equal.

I just don't see this working the way most people here think it will. We already filled this role last year with Todd Stroud who eventually switched over to DL coach. This is nothing more than a fancy title and being an errand boy to Manny and to a lesser extent Blake.

I have a feeling this story grew it's own legs and got too big. Blake knows there's heat on him so he's got to act like this is actually a role of legit importance otherwise he'll have to hear us get p*ssed off because he's not doing enough.
