He didnt/doesnt know Huff like that...Huff is new to the school and team. Him and Solomon are close so im sure he is in his ear. I like our chances but Urban is a beastly recruiter..one of the best to lace em up.

Used to be a beastly recruiter, dude is going through some strange pains currently that is going to get worse each road game this year. If he makes it to end of year his psyche will be shot and he will be stepping down for the best interest of OSU football.

Not this **** again. We can get 5 players from STA, but the 1 we don’t take has all the juice. LOL

Oklahoma is down here flinging bags like a drunk Santa Claus.
Yes, this **** again. You're thinking logically. Kids don't. If they did, they wouldn't commit to a scumbag POS like Urban Meyer in the Methville in the first place. And I doubt OU is flipping bags down here, and if they are, they certainly ain't getting much bang for their buck.

You don't drop bags for players like Bonnito or Davis. They could do much better with that fracking money.

He's pointing out the idea that Jaden Davis is going to be a significant cog in determining Battle's decision making is far blown. Especially when you consider that 5 of his teammates are enrolled or committed to Miami.

You’re not making sense. OU is absolutely throwing bags around. It’s indisputable. They’re all of a sudden a relevant force in South Florida recruiting out of nowhere. How do you think that happens? It’s not because Jaden Davis is the Mayor of South Florida.

You’re claiming Davis is some gigantic force in Battle’s life when you have no idea. You’re just guessing based off negative feelings you have from past recruiting losses we’ve taken. You’re building Davis up as the Pied Piper to the deserted wasteland of Norman and discounting the 3 other teammates who are committed to UM and ignoring the STA Ambassador Harley.

Did they throw Bandy a bag last year when he committed? What elite recruits of any elite status have they netted down here? They are a sudden presence down here bc Riley has made it a point to recruit the area harder and hold camps here, and despite all that, they still aren't getting anyone.

As far as what you said about Davis, you have no idea what his relationship is with the kid versus the other commits, either. You also don't know if OU is throwing bags around and are making an assumption based on the whopping 2 (!) low 4 star recruits and mammoth 1 (!!!!!!) 3 star they've gotten from down here the last two cycles. Yeah, they're really getting some prime time elite talent with those bags.

What I do KNOW is Davis absolutely is an alpha on that squad and has some pull. I'd put my money on him having way more influence with Battle than Harley or the LB recruits.

Battle had every reason in the world to commit here. Closer. More favorable depth chart. Would be playing with the other STA boys. And yet ... he chose to commit to OSU. I'd love to have him, but he passed on us once for a reason (in his mind).

Bingo. I think Oklahoma got shocked by Texas' recruiting finish last year so they're ponying up the bags before Texas becomes a power again. It only a matter of time the way Texas is recruiting. Oklahoma also has no defense to speak of and with Mayfield gone they'll be in big trouble if that highly touted QB isn't what he was hyped up to be.
