We had a solid, top 25ish defense in Baker’s first year, we’re 2-0 in his 2nd year as DC and the vast majority of this board wants him gone. Just wait until there’s a game or 2 that the offense doesn’t dominate, you’ll see the same shít with Lashlee. These mental midgets already tried to start it after the UAB game.

Lashlee will not settle for good. He wants to be great. Baker is fine with being okay. He's just happy to be here.

Everyone should enjoy Lashlee, because if he gets the right head coaching offer, we only have him 1 year. I'm praying for 2 and King stays for next years opener with Alabama.

It’s quite obvious why folks want Baker gone. The guy looks lost 99.99% of the time. Remember last year when Manny pretty much had to step in and hold his hand? The dude is ok with mediocrity and that’s not what we need on the defensive side especially when the offense finally seems to be finding a pulse.

Really bad look last year for Diaz to have to step in and help Baker because things were going sideways. As another poster said, the defense does not look well coached. Whether it's CBs not turning their heads or LBs biting on every play action, really the only part playing relatively well is the D-Line. The delayed blitzes are infuriating. If the secondary is already struggling, why the f#ck are you taking another defender away and having him blitz the QB 3 seconds after the snap?
