How about the coaches formulate an actual game plan for once instead of waiting to see what the other team does? Gtech’s offense literally told us what they were gonna do depending which quarterback was in. There is no excuse for what happened today. Bonafide idiots running the show. Stubborn as mules not willing to change. Absolutely confused with no plan in place. Let’s decide to not run the ball on 4th and 1 behind an NFL sized offensive line with a 235 running back. Good call coach.

The things that's really strange to me...

Our safetys are out of position on most plays and Guidry directly coaches that position.

Harris has been taking poor angles to the ball all year and Guidry seems to have no way of teaching him any better.

Last year, we sent Mauigoa alot, which led to alot of his sacks/tfls. This year, we decide to he's better in space?

There must of been some arrangement for Baron to play Rush End cause, out of all our DEs, he's has the most experience playing 3T/5T and did it well in the SEC. Here, he's primarily a stand up end who has issues containing.. Baron and Bain would give any IOL fits on 3rd and long.
 
I question do we can scout teams on what they do best and game plan for it. We start every game the same exact way and then they to adjust at halftime like you said. I watched Colorado and they got ate up in man the first couple of drives today and they switched to zone after that and only gave up 7 points from that point on and won going away. If Deion and his staff can do it with less talent then we have why can't we adjust before the **** half? Today I don't think Guiry ever adjusted at all.

Isn't Guidry's defensive philosophy based on confusion and organized chaos? We thought we were going to get an attacking defense putting players in the correct position, but one more disciplined and better gap integrity than the Diaz led defenses.

Who knew, all it takes is motion and movement and our defense completely falls apart. Gimmick defense

Lost us at Jason Taylor for DC. The entire DL regressed this season and he needs to go like the rest of them on that side of the ball. Let’s not pretend his coaching is equivalent to his playing. Night and day difference and he’s as bad as anyone on that side

Fair point and his product could be a victim of his bosses poor direction. He does recruit well but our DE’s underperformed with the talent we have there
