The fact that Hartley has been working hard on Surge 19 must mean good things about how the staff feels about Storm 18
 
I love how he's the man from December through August but during the season most of y'all want him replaced. Don't get me wrong I love the guy. Dude recruits his butt off. Just like the ones that are on Rumph. He's the exact opposite kills it during the season. Then gets hammered December through August for his recruiting. When the truth lies somewhere in the middle for both of them.
 
Hartley's gonna look a lot better when he has better players and depth (both for TE and special teams). And that's gonna happen starting next year

This is what other coaching staffs are doing. It's too late in the game to get on new recruits and you have to roll with what you've done to thus point.

Jeremiah Payton also just said that Hartley is recruiting him the hardest at this point of his recruitment. Hartley is putting this city on lock!!!

He’s done with ‘18. That’s why he can focus on ‘19. Point. Blank.

Do the coaches have meetings on how one coach is doing better than the other in recruiting?

Look at the EE and early signees.. we will close with a couple more big dogs to put us top 5 top 10.. **** good job of you look at the big picture

Would Love for him to recruit DL and Kool to coach em up.

Rather thank ranking them I'll put them in tiers.

"Elite" - Hartley, M Richt, Dugans

"Solid" - Rumph, Brown, Banda

"Mediocre" - Searels, Diaz

"Needs Improvement" - Kool

"Incomplete" - J Richt

This is right on. I think Brown is going to be elite recruiter soon. Also heard good things about CJR this year
