Defensive staff really could use a recruiter. Whether the kid is a clown or not, the fact that we don't seem to be one of the teams, despite how much effort we've put into him, is not a good sign. The defensive recruiting continues to be a lot of swing and misses on the top tier guys. They can't all be clowns.

There comes a point where it doesn’t matter who is recruiting the young man. It’s evident he doesn’t want to be here, regardless of the effort we project.
 
Kids like this never amount to much. A year and a half ago he was talking about wanting to be the ambassador for ‘19. What a follower.

Kid will get minimal playing time as a Freshman with the horses we have coming in. He needs at least one year to put on playing weight. With the transfers we have coming and the 2 surge 19 ready to play DEs that have already committeed, he will not sniff the field. This is probably his greatest concern. In summary, we is a potentially great player down the road, but he will not be missed at all. We will be stacked if he does not come.

Right, because effort is irrelevant. Recruiting isn't necessarily a contest to see who is going to try their hardest. It's a contest between who has the most skill. Our defensive staff is lacking in recruiting skill. Has been for a few years now. Even our Top 10 Class last year wasn't a home run on the defensive side of the ball. The offensive recruiting carried that class.
 
Stefan, I know you are just reporting the info, but nobody on here, save a few pathetic souls, cares about Bagel. That ship has sailed and he has treated his recruitment as a typical SoFla Diva...we good.

Thats what happens when you go 7-6 and only have one 10 win season since 03.

No it's not. Once again, our Top 10 Class was filled more with guys that wanted to be Canes on the defensive side. With all that momentum, we still won very few real defensive recruiting battles.
 
Y’all got to relax, another week and half in this recruitment. Not even worried about it
