our staffs job is to fill our roster with talent. Focusing on a kid who was a long shot for us in the first place, over kids we could and should have targeted harder, is our own staffs fault, and cannot be blamed on bags or whatever.

our staffs for 15 years have been like the kid at the party with the ’im an idiot’ sign taped to their back, walking around and not understanding why people are laughing.

What’s our staff$ budget..these kids are chasing bags..we all know this..how do you combat that as a staff? Imo if we aren’t playing that game then u move off those kids ASAP if you get that vibe..but this the real world

Obviously this kid wasn’t coming here. Picking 5-7 Nebraska screams bags. Either way, anyone high fivimg over the “staff can’t close”, get over it. It’s not productive and part of the problems in our community is our own negativity. Frost is going into his third year and is 5-7. Sometimes there more to it. We got Knighton and Harrell two weeks ago, if we close them this week it feels way different.

Manny isn’t going anywhere, so why not get behind the guy for now? It’s really really not going to accomplish anything to just continuously rip the staff.
