Keys to a win over Kentucky

Right now is the earliest Norchad should have come back after the first bull**** foul. Down 10 and really can’t put him back in until the second half or he will be a liability on defense. Sucks….

Yea we’re going to get worked. Still think we’ll be fine come ACC play but we’re being outclassed
 
I hate having over a week off especially before a game like this. You had a feeling there would be rust.

Stay in the fight. This game isn't over, don't let the energy overwhelm you. Miami has to take advantage of these opportunities, too many turnovers so far. That said, if Miami can turn this into a half court game, the tide will turn. UK can't shoot(as is the case with most of Cal's teams) and have to depend on athlete ball to win. Make them have to make quality basketball plays and they will fall apart.
 
Horrible D so far , UK is getting whatever they want. They’re out hustling us too

The bad - this team isn’t that good without Omier.

The good - forcing the team to play a really good opponent without him. Gotta develop somebody who can step in and stem the tide. Better to do it in November than February.
 
Gonna be a long day tomorrow. I work with a ton of UK fans. Boys need to wake up and turn it around asap.

Already quitting. Breathe out, this team has experienced guys that understand that it's a marathon, not a race. UK is just running up and down the floor, they aren't beating Miami with anything spectacular, it's hustle points and young guys being athletic. Lets see what happens when it becomes a grindfest late and they have to execute in the half court.
 
Building year. We’re going to miss Wong and Miller more than we realize. Kentucky is the better team by a good margin

game a quarter over and weve tried one 3 (missed)... they are 1 for 5 and still up by 10... pretty incredible (not in a good way)
 
Would be a very close game but wooga 1-4 from the line and a missed dunk.
