schedule looks a little tougher then this year, but we get bye weeks prior to VT and FSU. And our opponents have lost A TON of talent this year and we have a lot of addition through subtraction with the loss of Gaines, AJ, Morris…. Our biggest losses, Linder and Hurns don't compare with losses of some of our opponents.

I'm sure I'm missing some, but bellow are the biggest losses i can think of. FSU is really losing a ****load of playmakers too...

He was bad, plain and simple. He was supposed to be the best passer Johnson had, and he made Kirby Freeman look like Marino. And Nesbitt was head and shoulders above Lee. Not even close.

i know that the board is still in FSU envy mode, but they are losing an insane amount of talent! plus we get a bye before facing them at home.

they're losing their:

best 2 RBs
2 of their best 3 WRs
their best DT
their best Safeties in Brooks and Joyner
their best LBs in Smith and Jones
and their best OL in Stork

Logan Thomas = addition by subtraction. His name should never be viewed as a loss, they just gained a qb.

Thank god for Miami, he was at least assured of one good game a year .

FSU is at the point we were at from the mid 80s through the early 90s with reloading instead of rebuilding. Or, at least it seems.

as a whole for VT, i agree. But, he was the best player on their team when he faced us…

GT is awful. Miami will beat them down. Paul Johnson will be unemployed by December.

Have to believe the defense plays better - back seven returns, year more of experience, and bringing in quality along DL. Key question is if QB can orchestrate and drive the talent around him. If so, believe we'll take a step forward.

You know the canes are at the top of their game when our fans are counting player losses of our opponents as a key factor to a win... smh

We're clearly not at the top of our game or even close to it. But, if we do forget, I'm sure some condescending ****boy like you will quickly pounce on the opportunity to remind us in every thread possible.

You should add Duke's losses, they lost their CBs, and some DL and OL.

I think Crowder is returning tho...

You started the thread skippy... Instead of focusing on what is truly wrong at the U, you are hoping and praying we play the sisters of the blind instead of commenting on what really would fix this cluster **** of a team. Kudo's... You are the new U fan.
