Waddle is 12 yds shy of 1k as a rookie, that comparison is insane at this point in time. If he can be a level headed Jeff Thomas we have something special assuming 1 that he comes, and 2 that our passing game stays as aggressive as it was last season

Coleman is similar in size to waddle but they have different playing styles. Waddle a legit 4.3 guy where as Coleman has high 4.4 low 4.5 speed with a bigger playing style for his size but still shifty and elusive. I’ve seen him get behind Julian Humphrey several times the uga db signee at the all America practices and he’s one of the fastest players in the class so speed certainly isn’t an issue whatsoever with Coleman. Can’t wait to land him

It's just a silly take by Wiltfong, or a really naive view by Coleman. Yes, FSU has an OC....a nobody, recently promoted position coach, plus a severely lacking QB room. Miami has a co-OC already who is also a highly regarded WR coach, is looking at big name OCs, and have an elite QB room. So maybe not having an OC would steer him to some other team, but FSU offers absolutely nothing over us.

Dillingham their OC just left too, and was a reason he (Gorney) thinks that FSU may have slipped some.
