Kevin Austin (2018) mid-season HL

Lol we were just talking about him today. I wish he would transfer to STA.

Any combination of the 4 out of Austin, Copeland, Elijah, Finnie, Pope, Wiggins & Xavier would be ideal.

I don't expect Thompson from Armwood to come here from what I've heard.

Neither Watkins from Vanguard especially after what I was told Saturday, when I talked to my guy who gives me the details on that area.

SMH. Transfer to STA for what? So he can catch 10 balls?

How 'bout he go back to his home school instead, play 8A football and catch 50+ balls?

That's what I was worried about with Elijah when he transferred. Harriot is favoring some of his former USchool kids at the position and it has taken snaps from Elijah that he deserves.

I expect Xavier to be at STA next year. STA main problem is that Jake Allen just can't distribute the ball well at all. They got a kid waiting in the wings. Curt Casteel 2019 QB, he will be a good one. I expect that problem to be fixed there next season.

Xavier and Elijah will get the touches that they should get. The problem is not STA really at this point, it's the QB.

If they get James Cook... Yes I said it. James Cook. That offense will be really potent next year.

So Tyler Monaco and Harrison Story are both better than Jake Allen?

I don't know about all that bro. I just think the OC at WHS does a better job of making sure his play makers get the ball. (hence the reason Elijah had 88 catches for 1200 yards last year)

Unless he wins a State Championship this year Elijah will have wasted his Junior year by transferring there. Luckily he already got his offers.

best wr is at my aLMA MATER...Dominick Watt.

North Broward Prep plays nobody..but Austin has looked good. Really need to see how he would look against the better schools in broward

Yeah I wouldn't doubt that. That kid is an explosive athlete.

If a kid wants to go to STA who cares? It's their life and their choice. Why does any care unless they are just ****ed STA stacks their team every year.

Austin looks great. I would love to have him. I hope he doesn't waste his talents on the SEC...

Or unless they coach at the kid's home school where he transferred from?

I'm guessing the kid is trying to make the best choice for themselves. STA wins and they get a ton of exposure regardless how many catches they may have. I do have to admit that the transfer thing is a just a tad out of control.

Should have mentioned him up top. Watt is no joke. Great size, athletic and clutch.

I hear you but exposure wasn't a problem. The kid got his Miami offer before he even put an STA uniform on. All of his offers came from his Sophomore film at his home school.

Don't wanna ruin the thread by going back and forth on this issue. Most people already know how I feel so I'll just end it here. LOL

I personally didn't have Watt on my list because I feel like he is a better Safety despite how good he is at WR, and I'm unsure if he will squeeze in with the other 2018 safeties.

I was speaking about all recruits in general not really just Moore. Has to be frustrating. As long as you are making a difference in these kids lives that's what it's about. Keep doing what you are doing bro!

I love Watt as a safety. His old coach, Coach Hood agreed/agrees with me. Love his upside at safety.

Flanagan was trying really hard to pry him away from McArthur.

Funny thing about what you're talking about. Jon Richt came to his school a few months ago. Asked for Watts transcripts and an offer never happened.(Coaches usually do that before they offer) I don't think it's that they don't like him, he's very good. It has to be something else because they've consistently stayed in contact with him.

I'm not happy with what they're doing with him this year at all. Wasting his junior year away.

You would be surprised man. Jake Allen is that bad.

I actually agree with and I have just come to the conclusion that great prospects want to play with other great prospects. That is the only reason why I can think of why a kid would want to go from catching 60 balls to catching 30 if hes lucky. Maybe the practice setting is what convinces them. Harriott is prob telling these boys they will be facing 4/5* talent everyday in practice and that will make them better when they get to college.

A kid like Jordan Merrill should have stayed at Dillard. His name comes to mind off the top of my head as a kid that really didnt gain anything by going to STA unless he just wanted a ring that bad.

Once Grimes and Harley graduate I expect EMoore to be the #1 target along with whomever Harriott can recruit. He will get his targets next year. And finish his career with 2 state rings to boot. Not a horrible deal if you ask me.

their undefeated right now and he makes plays on both sides of the ball.

Austin to me looks good...like i said..but the talent level he is going against is sketchy..i remember the last wr to come out of their that committed to uga and bombed..(Moore?)..

Watt is that physical wr you always want to take..he is like a more polished rashawn scott right now as a jr.
