KT just needs to contribute to the team winning any way he can. right now the best way he's contributing is on punt coverage. if he does a good job there and helps limit big returns then he's helped the team win games. probably won't be seeing many other opportunities to help the team on game day going forward.

no need to bash him though. not all players turn into ballers.

Tough crowd... I've been hoping to see something from him since he was recruited. He had a bad game period. Here's to hoping he can come out and prove the naysayers wrong. Go Canes!

the thing about kt is ....The kid really contributes on specials......hes one of our best guys...(which is why youve never heard the transfer talk with him)

and he also likely is one of our best wr blockers despite his size.....

* the problem is ..he is just toooo antsyy to make a play because he knows he doesnt get much...and literally every time they draw up a play for him he fumbles, drops etc...his confidence has to be on 0 right now.....i think we'll need him throughout the season..so inserting him in games i would still do.....

-look at Davon Johnson...he made a nice grab..and looked legit out there.

Agreed Spike. Never really understand why a Cane would go after one of our guys when they are giving us really good effort. We know what we have with KT, hoping he breaks out of that mold and becomes the player during the season that he is in the off season.

The kid is a cane. Sure he has struggled, but I hope he turns it around. No need to bash the kid.

You want to bash Robinson and his dad for conduct detrimental to the team, go ahead. They earned by their conduct.

However, bashing a kid for not being a star is BUSH LEAGUE. By all accounts he is a hard working kid who bought into the program but is not physically gifted. All you can ask is that he work hard and be a team player.

in hindsight Thompkins should have listened to Shannon and moved to CB. Probably would have been starting last year considering the other guys we had out there.
