Kendall Thompkins

Much rather give Lockhart the reps and ops to make a play vs trotting KT out to continue to not make plays. Not even big/deep/important plays, ******* 5 yard outs that hit him on the hands.

Of all the great practice players we've had here. He just might be the best.


Every coach and player say how just kills it in practice. But there is just no translation to gameday whatsoever. And this has been happening for 3+ years now.

Maybe he just can't handle the big stage.

When did KT stop being a cane? He works his butt off and has waited for his chance. None of you have seen him play except for a few plays. To my knowledge, those are his only two drops in games. Correct me if I am wrong.

He has waited for 5 years to play. Perhaps...just maybe.....it could have been jitters?

Its so easy to criticize via typing, isnt it? Not everyone is a star, but we need players that have great attitudes and great work ethic. If KT didnt have both, do you think he would still be on the team?

It could have been jitters.. it's not like he's ever really played here due to being in Shammin's dreaded "dog house"
 
kendall thompkins seems to be a guy that "iitches" and presses to make a play.

Legit every time that we try to run a play for the guy he fumbles, or drops the ball....it HAS to be Jitters....even though he is a sr he has only really contributed on specials....so maybe thats the issue with him he's pressing because he doesnt get much chances.

Davon Johnson actually ran a nice route and made a good catch for us though.....i can actually see DJ scoring a td this year....KT in my opinion is going to get relegated to just specials...but he can help us shirt one of the freshman wr's which i think is needed.
