2025 Kellen Wiley Jr, LB/ATH - Armwood HS (Tampa, FL) offered

Sark owns Mario on the trail.

Time to change that. Wiley looks like he can make an immediate impact, our current LB class is…well never mind. People will get upset.

Sark only has the edge because he's in the SEC. If he were in the ACC/Big XII, I'd take Mario everyday of the week. I'll keep preaching it...the majority of the top talent want to play in the SEC/B1G. UM has to get out of this **** conference to contend for a NC.

Sure, and you could say Texas has oil money etc etc. But at the end of the day, this is a results-oriented business, these outside factors were already previously known, and they’ve come down here and poached pretty much whoever they wanted. Throw in battles like Anthony Hill and Colin Simmons, and they’ve landed pretty much everyone against us.

If you’re a goat recruiter, you win some of these battles. Mario did in 2023 and 2024. Time to keep it going in 2025.

I always thought that is was Alford #1 and Melendez #2 and everyone else was a filler until Wiley entered the picture and kinda made Melendez expendable when he started playing games.
I’m not an insider by any stretch but I know a few things here with LB recruiting. I think you’re correct. They cooled on Melendez and heated up on Wiley but Alford has always been a huge priority and figured he would be the next OSU flip

Not sure I understand or agree with all of it, and I could be wrong completely, but that’s how it’s vibed

Want thìs kid bad! Alford too that would be the kinda LB we need. Would be Elite class. I trust Mario
Well long as the d cord plays the better players they both should be playing a lot . Our lbs are complete dog **** . Still watching Rutgers rb drag our lbs . They are still horrible

Man u not lyin!!! Starting out 9-0 will make u forget! I think Popo should be a starter. Wes an Kiko not playing at all like they did at times last year. Coaches still playin Seniority.

I thought Popo got hurt and I was hoping to see more Bobby Pruitt against Georgia Tech just to bring some juice to force the issue and compensate for what was predictable play calling and became predictable play with Baron not setting an edge and Bain getting double teamed.

Nix is far more athletic than Flagg. He’s not at Wiley’s level but he’s a Miami starter level kid IMO. Need both. Like others I’m not as high on Marcellin. Not a lot of top notch LBers this cycle.
