2025 Kellen Wiley Jr, LB/ATH - Armwood HS (Tampa, FL) offered

Average and injured, don’t know what to make of Bobby Washington. Looks like he had a pretty bad injury. Plenty of opportunity to get your playing time.

kid was a priority for me the day after that jamboree against Norland.

Whomever from our coaching staff that was there made a GREAT decision right after that.

This is one of the first times Ive seen the consensus on the board not care about losing a top player 4 star kid for a kid whom at the time that wasnt rated (Wiley) and no one cared everyone was like yea he is the one.

I have high hopes for the SW FLA Linebackers him and Adarius Hayes.

This kid and Hayes are gonna Denzel Perryman a few opponents before they turn pro.

Footballville deserves credit for notifying Dennis about Wiley during the Norland game.

i wanna say we had coaches at the actual game if i remember. He may have told Dennis smith but Pringle was already a commit and we had guys there because it was a jamboree with alot of games that day. Merritt likely was there to see Pringle etc.

We were targeting tyler wiliams, pringle and a few other armwood kids at the time

He should be starting , he has the size , speed and ability . I don’t think this new dc is going to put kids like 31 on the filed who continue to whiff because of he’s an upper classman over a kid who makes the tackle and can cover a rb out the back field

@DMoney had footballville on the podcast and he tells the story of how Miami found out about Wiley.
