Logically it would make sense for Smith to come to Miami considering he wants playing time. LSU didn't offer him with the previous staff in place and Ed O has to play catch up. Smith was committed to Richt at UGA, and decommitted once Richt was fired and went to Miami. Smith has visited Miami multiple times and has an OV set up on the 13th. Couple this with the fact that Bama is loaded at receiver this cycle, it doesn't make sense for him to go there, even though he's probably the best out of all of them sans Jeudy. With all of this being said, I just don't see him coming since we seem to have a steady stream of bad luck as it relates to receiver recruiting this cycle.
