Didn't the NCAA add an allowable coaching position for next year?

Until someone tells me anything different, I'll just assume Ken Dorsey will be our pass game coordinator next season

They are wating until Tuesday to announce it. It's not Cooney. It's a national name.

to bad art briles is toxic, no one is hiring him even as an oc or any postion on any staff, his son is wrapped up in some ncaa stuff at Baylor so not him. no way its Lincoln riley which would be cool

id love ken Dorsey back but what are the odds of that happening. richt wants to call plays and so he is gonna keep doing it. not sure would hire a guy to coach qb/s be passing game coordinator cause then would take away from his sons job as qb coach. so can't wait to hear who it is if is a real rumor of a big time hire and not something made up on this board.

Who was the coach that got fired at FAU that was hanging Coral Gables for a few days last week?

can we please get an ELITE OC?

IMO an experienced elite OC would make a huge impact in recruiting and the offense in general, pace, complexity and play calling.

Nah. Our o-line sucked in pass-protection and Brad played poorly; just held the ball too darn much. Other than that the play-calling is overplayed in terms of why the offense didn't perform well. Check the thread with Mark Walton's highlights and tell me the offense was poorly coached.

Mario would be a big-time hire to coach TEs (though highly unlikely), then switch Hartley to special teams coach. Still bring Cooney on top of that.

Run, run, pass, punt. Run, run, pass, punt. ZERO creativity and absolutely the reason we lost at least 3 games.

"Hey, wasn't there a guy I was supposed to block?"--every O lineman at least 3 times per game in October.

We won 5 championships on run right, run left, go long. It's about conditioning, talent and execution. We're still working on all 3. We're not gonna gimmick people and scheme all sneaky. That's not what Miami is about. This year was about the foundation. We need to see better recruiting and execution going forward.
