But why would she? They might actually have expectations of her winning a 2nd round Tournament game like at least once in 20 years.

L is too "seasoned" for another job but he's the only major sport coach on that campus fully worthy of their (positive) reputation.

The rules are that you can't use NIL to recruit. I'm thinking that in same way she violated that. Probably not a direct conversation but some way of indirectly mentioning it in some manner that was traceable. Obviously there was some deniablity because the womens basketball team would be in trouble if there were flagrant recruiting violations.

But she did something wrong because she isn't fighting the punishment.

Initial reports stated that it was a 3 game suspension. So, she's supposed to be back on the sidelines for Wednesday's game vs FAU. Haven't heard or read anything to the contrary since.
