Think about it. Jenkins is not ready. VT is in the dog house. AJH is worse than KR3. He's starting because of lack of better options and because he probably is good off the field.

This honestly could be it, besides Bush has anyone looked decent at safety. Has anyone really stood out. I think there is a lot of **** at the position.
 
I think it comes down to practice. The coaches always preach that those who do the best in practice get the start. It also comes down to what other option are there at the position. There's a reason Deon Bush is our best safety by far and he is a true freshman.

I remember last season after the FSU game when rodgers ****ed up that deep ball. The one that could have been an INT or a crushing hit...anyway. the legendary powpowpowpowYup hit up Kacy on twitter and really let him have it...dude aint been the same since. Not even in the vicinity of making plays.

So don't blame Kacy, blame Noah P.

Yeah, I don't know why people honestly give a **** if the other starting safety is Rodgers or VT or a garbage can. As much rotating as we do back there, it doesn't matter who starts as long as one of them is Bush. They're all equally bad.

I would like to see Gunter back there, would have used the off week to give him a chance.

Could be interesting, pretty physical.
 
I'm disgusted. I remember when we were on top of the mountain, we would criticize players like Mo Sikes and Greg Threat. I take it back. Rodgers is the WOAT
 
I really hope he is trying to sugarcoat his dad coming to take over DC from the Dolphins. The Phins D Line is the best in NFL,IMO. I really don't believe this, but would be nice.

No options. I was hoping AJ would step up, but he hasn't. And Jenkins isn't as far along as Bush is. Very frustrating.
 
I literally don't remember him ever making a single .

Give me one play he has made? I much rather prefer AJ. At least he hits people hard.

Gunter is playing pretty well where he is, though. He was brought in to play corner from JUCO, much different situation than Deon, who the coaches planned to move DB to S all along, and it looks like they made a great call in that regard.

We just have to accept that there's a lot more holes on this team than there are players to plug them. Grind through the last 4 games, hope we're not hit too severely by sanctions, and hit the weight room/recruiting trail.

This is just for shats and gags, I think moving Gunter would have been interesting. We have a current hole at safety right now, at the very worst it is still a hole. Gunter is an attempt to fill the hole.

AJ is an effort and glue guy, but limited by talent(lack thereof.) And it's very rare for a freshman like Bush to get plugged in and play as well as he has. Have to be patient with Jenkins and the rest of the youngins- not all kids develop at the same rate. This isn't NCAA football on the PlayStation where you can set the stats to 99 on every guy and win instantly.

AJH could be a decent safety if he had just average speed but he's a 4.9 kid and just can't run with wrs and rbs.
