Kaaya stat

Okay, so he hasn't beat FSU. I don't see anyone hating on the guy, just stating the obvious. Beating FSU used to be a big deal. We've had people say well so owned FSU.

The thing I'd say about those stats, while impressive, they don't even come close to telling the entire story. He may own a lot of passing numbers here when he leaves, but his win percentage is abysmal for one of our QB's. He had good passing yardage at UNC this past year, we still got killed.

He hasn't really beat anyone of note or had a clutch drive. Leinart at this place in his career, there's no comparison. Kaaya has had chances to get it done, but often flounders in the second half. I'd love to see his season with first and second half stats split.

He has no excuses anymore, he's a vet. Even Francis is pumping him up in this thread in direct contradiction to his statements made where he calls him all but wheel chair bound when his NFL prospects are brought up. He has a good QB coach and one time good OC in the same guy. We'll see what happens and whether his hall pass from many was legit.

Are you half-troll, half-hormonal pre-teen chick?

87% the latter.

I was going to ask Mr 20 posts (which people love calling out when they don't agree with them) what exactly he has an issue with in my post. I figured I'd include you since you a hypocritical failure that I've pointed out twice in this thread.

Up that post count Francis. You live for this ****. You're a legend!

Clearly you dont know ****. Leinart had a heisman rb, another good back in white, great o-line, and great wrs. And the defense was good.

Those usc teams were **** elite. Put matt leinart on this team and its the same results as kaaya.

You must did not watch him in the second half vs fsu when he lit there *** up.

Agree. Well see how he does with legit coaching, but he hasn't had a big win yet and hasn't had a clutch drive or take a game over . I'm not hating on him as he's a good college QB, but that's it.

He didnt take that fsu game over last year and give the team the lead in the 4th? If the defense could have actually stopped somebody they would have won. The guy had 400yds and 3tds, what more can he do? It was the best game a qb had vs fsu in 7 years i believe the stat was.

2014 was the samething if they could have stopped cook they would have won.

Look at the team watson is playing on, and look at the team winston had. No qb is winning games by themselves.

Who cares! He needs to beat FSU for the 1st time.

People penciling in FSU as a loss, but we played them evenly with Jameis 2014 and competed well on the road last season. I see no reason why we shouldn't be favored at home while the Spears break in a new QB.

On top of that, []_[] only lost to 1 costal team last season and people think we should only win 8 games...smh

On the road at ND will be challenging but we should be favored in every other game that Brad Kaaya plays in. 10 wins or failure.

the kid can only do so much by himself.

2014 against FSU Berrios drops a TD and Standish fumbles on the way to six. The team quit after that. How many drives the last 2 seasons have been killed by poor play-calling, a porous o-line, or WRs dropping the ball?

He's already "politely correcting" Richt on an offense Richt has been running for 10 years; that alone takes stones to do. He's elite and his stats support that. He's stood in and made tremendous throws the last 2 seasons.

He needs to speed-up his pre-snap routine, but after the snap the kid is nails. He's more than done his part and if you don't recognize this you don't know what you're looking at.

Kaaya is good. You put him on the same teams Dorsey had and he probably does just as well but not much better.

Put Deshaun Watson ,Clemson QB ,on last years UM team and we win 10 easy.

Deshaun Watson is a difference maker. Kaaya has yet to prove he is that kind of player.

Two biggest weaknesses --1.Cant throw on the run 2. Cant run

You'd think with all the excuses of why we lost this game or that, those teams we lost to must've played perfect games. They certainly didn't have dropped passes, fumbles, or any of the problems we did. It's funny when people recap games, they generally are very one-sided about it.

The fact of the matter is that close only counts with hand grenades, in horseshoes, etc. I'm not happy with close and until he proves otherwise, close in some games is all he's gotten.

P.s. We talk about if we could only stop Cook. Minus his injuries, stopping Cook is something most every team is trying to figure out.

Leinart in college is head and shoulders above Kaaya in their first two seasons.

You're probably one of those who attribute Dorsey's success to the players around him. News flash, a good QB makes everyone's job easier and there's a reason everyone on those teams listed him as the unquestionable leader of the team.

Do you know how many nfl qbs who cant run or throw on the run? Throwing on the run isnt easy and most qbs cant run.

That's the whole point. We make mistakes and fold. Other teams make mistakes and keep on going. That's why we lost and they won.

You clearly dont know football. Dorsey aint make andre johnson better or jeremy shockey and etc etc. They made his *** better. Dorsey played on the best team of all time.

Go look at how many first round picks came out of usc during that leinart run. Reggie bush was literally averaging **** near 10 yards a carry and they had elite defenses.

Kaaya has not had anything near those miami or usc teams to work with.

Yep only Houston figured out how to stop him lol.

I swear some of yall, kaaya threw 3 Tds against FSU in the second half he put us in position to win the defense lost it for us, **** even his first game against them yoy can make a case

Yall comparing him to leinart, matt had pete carroll and sark, brad had golden and coley, those USC teams had major talent with bush, white, williams, jarret etc, i guess yall think golden and his group were just as good as carrolls group smh

You guys all used to rant on and on about the previous staff. Now that they're gone, it's Kaayas fault that we lost those games. If that was the case then we should have just kept Golden and company because we would have won "x" amount of more games if Kaaya or "insert today's player or group of players to bash here" were just better football players. You can't have it both ways. I'm of the mindset that with competent coaching, we will start winning those games.
