That's really good
From davidhaleespn twitter
If Brad Kaaya hits 3000 yd/15 TD/8 yd/att for a third straight season, he’ll be the first to do it since Matt Leinart (2003-05).

Who cares! He needs to beat FSU for the 1st time.

last year Kaaya did everything to beat FSU, and I mean everything to close that game out, and the Dnofrio and a whole bunch of missed tackles by the defense ended the celebration. Kaaya did his job. Team has to do the rest.

If the run defense was just below average against FSU we win both games, but the defense was beyond awful.

I care about wins, not about Kaaya's stats. It's a team game.

It's a team game and kaaya didn't lose the Fsu game by himself. Don't have such a short sighted view. What qb you know would throw for 400 plus yards against the talent in that secondary with a horrible running attack

We have one of the best QBs in college football combined with a Heisman trophy-creating QB guru and proven playcaller.

Yet we have puzzles all over this board harping on our supposed lack of talent. With a QB like Kaaya and a proven guru like Richt, the sky's the limit.

Georgia Tech beat FSU last year... Assuming that means you want Justin Thomas as our starting QB?

We had coaches whos record showed they couldnt beat any ranked team let alone a team with a winning record, coaches who have never won after trailing at half..... and its Brad Kayaas fault we couldnt come back and win... You cant make this **** up with some people.

I watched guys like Gall start games last year. This team has talent but it's still lacking.

We missed a LOT of plays on both sides of the ball against FSU. The Dobard fumble. The Berrios missed catch. Hard to call it a drop as it was a really tough catch, but the pass was on the money. Missed FG before the half. Man, so many plays we just didn't make that a better team makes. We make the plays, we beat them both years.

On a side note, on their game winning drive last year, their QB MADE a great play on 3rd down. We need to simply step up and make the plays. Also, with better coaching we can afford to miss a play here and there and still win. Missed plays make bad coaching staffs crumble. Good coaching staffs get their kids to go out and make the next play. One fault Golden had was his teams needed to play perfect to win close games. That won't cut it at this level. Kids make mistakes. When they do you need to get them ready to make a positive play.

The last four games I thought Gall was intent on putting Kaaya in the hospital with his inept blocking.

Okay, so he hasn't beat FSU. I don't see anyone hating on the guy, just stating the obvious. Beating FSU used to be a big deal. We've had people say well so owned FSU.

The thing I'd say about those stats, while impressive, they don't even come close to telling the entire story. He may own a lot of passing numbers here when he leaves, but his win percentage is abysmal for one of our QB's. He had good passing yardage at UNC this past year, we still got killed.

He hasn't really beat anyone of note or had a clutch drive. Leinart at this place in his career, there's no comparison. Kaaya has had chances to get it done, but often flounders in the second half. I'd love to see his season with first and second half stats split.

He has no excuses anymore, he's a vet. Even Francis is pumping him up in this thread in direct contradiction to his statements made where he calls him all but wheel chair bound when his NFL prospects are brought up. He has a good QB coach and one time good OC in the same guy. We'll see what happens and whether his hall pass from many was legit.
