Agreed. Either way, a QB with zero D1 experience will be tossing the pigskin.

Makes for an exciting 2014, IMO.

Great so our best shot at good QB play is for the true frosh to come in and win the #1 job.

I'm skeptical.
 
Who are some recent college football non-early entree quarterbacks who performed well as true freshman? Just curious. I can't think of any of the top of my head, but am sure there have been some?
 
CBS sports says wittek isnt graduating this spring as, Thats why texas backed off. Im rolling with kaaya
 
This will be another Marve / Harris type of battle.

This is under the working assumption that Ryan Williams will NOT be our QB this season -would put nothing past Golden.

Whipple...... Good lord, had to be the worst qb we ever had. I was just born late 70's so I don't remember those qbs..... But Whipple makes Crudup, Covington, clements and Costa look like Brady
 
The Canes are in need of a QB coach

As Coley is not very good, at the moment.
A QB coach would steered the freshman in the right direction

Maybe we can bring in a GA...
