Even if it’s true that kid is walk on level today. He’s a junior who hasn’t shown anything. It would be like taking a less proven, older, less-talented, uncoachable version of Tate Martell who can’t keep his grades up. Also the kid would extend the trend of having talented Miami QBs (Martell, Perry, Williams) with zero maturity. If he was actually on campus it would be about as newsworthy as Ryan Ragone’s walk-on replacement is also on campus.
