Please or this season is a freaking waste. I know, earth shattering, but 8-4 coming off of 7-5 with 18 or however many starters we had coming back and our toughest out of conference game being Florida Atlantic...dammit mang.

Ps

Tom Savage will win the heisman next week

I don't either, but since Dorito isn't going anywhere, and I can't ever root for against Miami, I'm praying we've got one good game left in us.

It's going to be a tough matchup for us. They can run the ball and have some athletes on the outside. We will have to out score them.

Dortch got hurt today too. I saw burns on the sidelines. Highly unlikely he is playing on Friday.

I'm going to **** myself laughing when Miami wins the coastal after Duke and VT stumble.

If that happens, unless Winston is in jail, FSU might put more points on us than they did on Idaho. It's a good thing we play Friday. If we played after Duke and VT and knew both lost, there is no way we'd win.

They have two very good WR's and some capable running backs....

I remember a lot of guys in here talking about how bad Pitt's defense was after their game against FSU. Well, Morris will need to light them up like Winston did for us to win.

Pitt is 112th in the country rushing with 105 yds/game, 64th in passing with 232yds/game. Defensely, they give up 26 pts/game ranking them 59th in the country.

Lets not make Pitt out to be some incredible team.

The challenge quite frankly will be the weather. It's expected to be in the 20's....

It'll be a tough challenge for us, that's for sure. Aaron Donald for Pitt is an absolute monster and will likely dominate our O-Line and cause havoc in the backfield. We can't stop the run and they have a solid core of RBs. I just can't see us winning with the way we've played lately especially on D.

I just worry about our team in the cold.... This will be a test in my eyes to see the toughness of the team

We've lost to Pitt once since 1976, when they last won a national title. We're 16-1 against them since then, including going 8-1 in Pittsburgh and 3-0 at Heinz Field. Our only loss since '76 was during the '97 debacle when we had to resort to Jeff Popovich throwing TDs on fake FGs. Of course, we hadn't lost to Duke since 1976, and we all know how that turned out.

Talent wise we are a better team then them. Its gonna be tough because its gonna be on the road and it will be cold. Finishing the season gives us major momentum going into the bowl game and next season. Al's gotta have the team ready, if we are prepared to play we should win this game. Big big game, I think we pull it out.
